Description
1. The multifunctional laminating machine consists of paper unwinding section, paper traction section, first film unwinding section, wet laminating section, back coating section, combined drying channel, first cooling stripping section, first film rewinding section, color coating section, printing section, paper rewinding section and electrical control section.
2. The wet coating head of the unit adopts the form of three roller gluing, and the back coating and color coating head mechanism adopts the new coating head newly developed by our company, with unique design, convenient three-dimensional adjustment and shock absorption mechanism, stable operation and high precision.
3. The winder adopts pneumatic tracking winder and automatic taper tension control to ensure the quality of winder.
4. The oven system adopts hot air circulation combined drying channel, which can dry thoroughly, with high efficiency and low power consumption.
