FHS-1000 Multi Function Compound Color Coating Machine
Description
The multifunctional wet laminating machine is suitable for laminating aluminum foil and paper. It can simultaneously carry out wet laminating, surface coloring, drying, cooling and winding.
1. The multifunctional laminating machine is composed of paper double position unwinding section, paper in drawing section, aluminum foil unwinding section, wet laminating section, coloring section, entering combined drying channel, paper double position rewinding section and electrical control section.
2. The wet coating head of the unit adopts the form of four roll gluing, and the mechanism of color coating head adopts the new coating head newly developed by our company, with unique design, three-dimensional adjustable and shock absorption mechanism, stable operation and high precision.
3. The winder adopts pneumatic tracking winder and automatic taper tension control to ensure the quality of winder.
4. The oven system adopts hot air circulation combined drying channel, which can dry thoroughly, with high efficiency and low power consumption.
