SPQ-600X Two Axis Slitter (Siemens System)
Description
The electrical control system of the machine is controlled by Siemens cu320-2pn and S120, and the parameters are set by 9 "SINAMICS human-machine interface (diameter does not need to be set). The operation panel can be fine tuned for high precision operation. Double axis slitting machine adopts full high performance servo combination, which can stop and maintain tension. There are two imported servo motors to control the tension, which can be set and operated independently. In the tension system of the whole machine, the taper is used to control the constant tension in winding and the attenuation is used to control the constant tension in unwinding.
