DTJJ-600S Electronic Shaft High Speed Hot Stamping Machine
Description
1. The whole machine system adopts Siemens PLC motion control, with formula and memory functions and one click start.
2. Each color group is controlled by an independent imported servo motor, which simplifies the traditional mechanical transmission structure, reduces the maintenance cost, and operates stably and reliably.
3. There is no chromatic compensation roller to reduce the threading length, the printing plate is directly differential, and the overprint correction speed is faster than that of traditional technology.
4. The whole machine is equipped with a preheating oven. Before ironing, a drying system is specially designed for tipping paper. After ironing, the winding is equipped with a heating pressing roller to ensure full and smooth bronzing effect.
5. Film skip ironing is controlled by Siemens independent servo motor, with high overprint accuracy and less material loss.
6. The overprint electronic axis system with independent intellectual property rights is convenient for maintenance.
